Buffered Vitamin C: Benefits, Dosing And Brands

How To Protect Yourself From Flus, Colds & The Crud (Watch Each Video!)

Lecture on vitamin C by Dr. Suzanne Humphries, MD

This is a comprehensive lecture on the biochemistry of Vitamin C and the clinical research that has been done on using Vitamin C as a true "drug" (i.e. medicine) to effectively fight some of the most dangerous diseases and acute infections.

Where To Get Vitamin C (Sodium Ascorbate, Lipo-Spheric & Sufficient Vitamin C)

As discussed in the videos above and below, it is important to get non-GMO sources of sodium ascorbate if at all possible. We have made these available in our clinic but you can just as easily order them from Amazon. For your convenience, I have linked to each product below. Note: “As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.” See our Affiliate Disclosure statement for more info.

*Sodium Ascorbate

This is a water soluble form of Vitamin-C that is tasteless in water. (Do not dissolve in juice or other sweet beverages.) It's inexpensive and great to keep on hand.

*Lipo-Spheric Vitamin C

Because this form of vitamin has been developed to be fat soluble, it absorbs quickly without many of the digestive system side effects from the water soluble forms.

*Sufficient C

This form of Vitamin-C is a great option for kids or those who prefer a different flavor. It dissolves easily in water and tastes great!

Dr. Suzanne Humphries talks about specific Vitamin C products (seen above), how to use them and dosing. Best of all, she actually demonstrates how to use the Vitamin C (including snorting it!) for various conditions. The video is embedded on her website, so click the video image below and the webpage will open in a new window.
