I'm often asked, "what do you use?" when discussing different nutritional products or supplements. So I made I'm in the process of creating this "store" for you to learn more about the products I use and/or have researched the bejeezus out of. I don't actually sell most of these products in my clinic. Instead I just linked them to Amazon or other websites where you can click to purchase online. Sodium Ascorbate
This is my "go-to" source of extra vitamin C. One-fourth teaspoon dissolved in water = 1,000mg .
Lipo-Spheric Vitamin C
When I really need to increase Vitamin C FAST this is my "go-to". It doesn't taste great but it works great.
Sufficient C
For kids (or adults) who need something that tastes good. There is some added sugar but it works.
Nutritional Sprays
Vitamins that you spray into your mouth. Super convenient for travel and for those who can't swallow pills.
