Chef Del Sroufe, over-delivered in his special class for Wellness Forum Health Portland Vancouver where he shared his, “Plant Based Journey to Optimum Health”. He talked a lot about healthy eating and a healthy mindset while he made and served us 3 of his favorite plant-based “Summer Salads”. They were delicious! (If you want the recipes, let us know.)
We had so many questions and interest for more information from Chef Del we invited him back! Since he lives in Ohio and runs Wellness Forum Foods he couldn’t exactly hop on a plane and come back here so he agreed to do the next best thing. He’s going to appear live on a virtual (online) video call (also known as a web-based seminar or webinar) that you can access through your computer, tablet, or mobile device. We have no doubt he will entertain and educate us all once again in this virtual class.
